Hi, my name is Mia. 

I am a beautifully-marked, black and white, very young (less than a year old) recently spayed mama. I have black with white toes, a white bib, and a white spot on the right side of my mouth.  I was found with my kitten (who has already found a home) in an abandoned house in Sahuarita. Fortunately for us, our rescuer had a friend who worked for a veterinary clinic and they were kind enough to take care of us both at the clinic until there was room for us at the Animal League.  I am a sweet and very elegant little lady, and oh-so-affectionate to boot. I love to sit in your lap and get cheek and chin scratches and then sort of hang over your shoulder and purr in your ear. I’d love it if you’d come in to visit me so that I can convince you to take me home!
