Hi…my name is Rocky.
I’m an 9-year-old, jet black, neutered gentleman that lived with my "mom" all my life. She had to move to an apartment that doesn’t allow pets, so now I’m hoping to find a place where I will never have to worry about being "evicted" again. I have lived with another cat, but I really didn’t get along with her very well, so I would much prefer to be an "only child" as I'm really not an alpha kind of guy and I can get pushed around pretty easily! Although I still have a lot of play in me, I think I would be happiest if I could find an older, quiet person or couple to spend the rest of my life with. I love using my scratching post for exercise and playing with my furry catnip mice, so I can provide a bit of entertainment if that’s what you’re looking for. I enjoy sitting in your lap and having my ears and chin scratched, but as with many felines, I like it on my terms. If you’re a "cat person" and understand feline quirks, I would be a perfect addition to your life.
