Hi…my name is Sora.

I’m Siamese (almost all), sweet (when I’m not worried that someone will put me back “out there”), and so relieved to be here at TALGV. It’s nice here, but not what I have been hoping for as a permanent home!  I am a young (in the neighborhood of one-year-old) gal who wandered into a yard, was fed for awhile, but then scooped up and brought here so that I could find a home of my very own. When I arrived, I had tried to claw my way out of the carrier I was in (I had no idea what awaited me, and I was SO scared!), but my sore paws have healed; I’ve been vetted and  pronounced A-OK so that I can go brighten the lives of some lucky people. Last time I went to the vet to be checked over, I was as calm as could be in the carrier, so I guess I was just awfully frightened when I was first “incarcerated” and it’s not something I’ll be afraid of in the future. Anyway, I will make a beautiful (truly!), loving (you can’t overuse that word!) companion for a quiet family, and would be ever so happy if I could start spreading my own kind of joy at holiday time.
