Everybody is hoping that I am just lost, because I appeared one morning in a lady’s yard (in Rancho Sahuarita), strolled right up and rubbed against her and her dogs! Because I’m so super friendly (and apparently well fed), it’s hard to believe that I’ve been "out there" foraging for food and defending myself against all manner of threatening things for very long. My age is a mystery (they’re estimating it at about 5 years), because I’m really in quite fine shape for being a bit on the chubby side (think of it as more of me to love!). I’m a lovely, short-haired, pitch-black gentleman who is hoping his people will come to claim him soon, but if not, everyone agrees that I’d fit in well practically anywhere. "Those who know" are convinced that black cats are actually GOOD luck, so you will have it too if you pick me!
