Hi…my name is Tilly.
I will be turning 7 this month, and for my birthday, my biggest wish is to find a home where I’ll never have to leave again. I’ve been adopted twice, but each time either the resident cats didn’t like me, or I didn’t like them (I got to be really possessive of the little girl I lived with recently and was very jealous of the time she spent with them and showed my displeasure in very “uncatlike” ways). So everyone agrees that I will be a wonderful companion to my people (I really do LOVE kids and get along fine with dogs), as long as I am the only feline in the house. I love to sleep on the sofa or a big comfy chair, and to play with feathers, cat toys on a string, and those cardboard scratchers (they’re great for both scratching and napping). I know I’m a lot larger (21 pounds!) than your average cat (“full figured” they say!), and even though my people insisted that I “don’t eat that much…” you know that pounds go on if you eat too many calories, so I really MUST have a light diet, and restricted access to my food (that will be a lot easier when I’m the only one being fed!). I am a sweet, loving lady who yearns to see the thin cat inside me come out. Will you help me reach my goal?
