Hi…my name is Charlie.

OK…14 pounds might be considered “big” for a Chihuahua, but I’m still the perfect “lap size” for just about anyone! I’ve lived with my human dad (and a feline pal, with whom I LOVED to play) for most of my 5 years. Despite my small size, my dad’s health has become such that it is simply too hard on him to care for a dog (I guess the cat is less “upkeep” – you know how they are!).  I am a darling, tan Chihuahua mix, and I love to play and run loose in the yard (and even off the leash I never go far away, although they say that’s a “no-no” “just in case” something distracts us!). I have perfect house manners (I “ask” to go outside when the need arises), and am a lovable, “people” dog. If your life is lacking that “certain something,” then it just well may be me, so come and have a look!
