Hi…my name is Cyrus.
Ten months ago, when I was a bouncing baby, I was found all alone and VERY hungry on Frontage Road in Amado. The family who took me in (a mom, dad, a 9-year-old, and a baby) also had two other large dogs and I got along fine with them, but my people finally realized that they just didn’t have time for all of us canines and kids, too. I lived outside most of my life with the other dogs, so unfortunately I’ve never had the opportunity to learn all the proper manners that good home companions need. I am very playful and loving, and I would like to find someone who can channel those qualities into the “learning experiences” that I need to become an indispensable member of the family. Since I’m such spirited boy, it would be best if I went to a home with no children (and no cats or small dogs – I tend to dominate them!), but for the right people who have patience and “big dog” experience (I’m an American Bulldog mix), I’ll make an awesome friend.
