Hi…my name is Lesli.

Seven is a lucky number, and when any one of my siblings or me is adopted, that luck will come right along with us! My sisters and I were taken in with our mom by a very sweet lady in Sahuarita and she kept us until we didn’t need to nurse any more. But eight dogs were WAY more than she could keep forever, so she knew that TALGV would make sure that we got all the attention and love (from the great volunteers and the vet) that we need before we go off to homes of our own. Our mom was a “big, brown dog” (there are an awful lot of them these days it seems!) and, of course, no one knows who our father was, so we’re winging it with shepherd and Shar Pei mix (maybe they should make “rescue dog” a breed!). I am about 14 weeks old now and am going to be medium sized gal when I'm grown. I’m all brown with a black muzzle and like all puppies, I’m simply a sweet, squirmy ball of joy.
