Hi…my name is Mocha.
Way back in January, I was found abandoned in the desert (along with my mama and two brothers) when we were just a week old and our eyes weren’t even open yet. Fortunately a wonderful lady saw us, called TALGV, and she and one of the volunteers managed to get us all into a crate and safely here. Well we all eventually went our separate ways to new homes, but the people who adopted me soon found out that the adorable, fluffy, 8-week-old puppy they adopted rapidly turned into a rambunctious teenager who was a lot bigger than they’d expected. Since they didn’t have the time to take me to obedience school, I need to learn who is top dog and where I fit into the family (I do know some commands, I just need the “basics” reinforced!). But I am EVER so eager to learn, and I know that I’m able, because I have a lot of shepherd in me and you know what THAT means: intelligence, enthusiasm, and devotion! I am a loving “mocha” colored, neutered, 10-month-old boy who just needs a real “dog” person to lead me down the right path. I hope you’re waiting right around the corner!
