Hi…my name is Stella.

My human mom worked at Pima Animal Care Center where she rescued me a while ago. Sadly, she has lost her home and must move into a rental that doesn’t allow pets, so she wants to be sure that TALGV finds a really great new home for me because she knows how very special I am. I am a tan and white, 3-year-old, Staffordshire terrier mix girl who weighs 50 pounds (all of it pure love!). I love kids and other dogs (I’ve never met a cat, so I’m not sure about those critters). I simply ADORE affection, am perfectly housebroken and leash trained, have had some obedience training, and have been mostly an inside dog and a very big part of my little family’s life. I have one special trick that I do (you can see it in my pictures and you can probably get me to do it “in person” too!), and that is to “sit pretty.” I sort of sit back on my hind legs with my paws in front of me and give you a great, big doggie smile. If this doesn’t win your heart, then my personality most certainly will!
