They say, “All things come to those who wait,” but I sure hope that I don’t have to wait too long, ‘cause I’m pretty anxious right now. My friend, Malia, and I have always been laid back, quiet ladies, and after we lost our home, it was hard on us. Since Malia already has a new home, the wonderful caregivers here are doing their best to reassure me that life will be good for me again someday, but I’ll bet it’d be much easier for me to believe that in a quiet home of my own. I’m a 4-year-old dark calico lady, who’d give anything to share life’s slower pace with you, so won’t you make my dreams come true?
