RASCAL is a handsome 1-year-old, 45-pound Rottie/Heeler mix with a beautiful black and tan coat. He was rescued by owner who has several pets already. He is a healthy boy who is neutered and is up to date on shots. Rascal is good with people of all ages, but he wants to be alpha with other dogs.
