Secretly, I always dreamed of being a pirate. It was in my best interest to remove my right eye due to its poor outlook. I see just fine with one eye. My bonded buddy Jackson and I lived with our human who lost his home and could no longer care for us. At The Animal League we are safe, have plenty to eat, and have volunteers to brush and pet us.
