Hi… my name is Lucy,

I’m the shy one; my sister Maggie was outgoing and already has been adopted. We both lived our entire lives with a family being treated like the ladies we are. When human illness occurred, we were brought to The Animal League. I’m learning to accept the attention of the volunteers. I like them assuring me that my life will be okay again. I like to be brushed on my head and shoulders only. I tend to keep to myself. The second act of my drama should be to find another family to love and care for me. How about it? Is that you? I would revel in the simple pleasures of taking it easy with you!
