Adoption Application Forms
Below are our current cat and dog adoption forms. You may print and fill out an application form in advance of your visit to TALGV
Open daily
10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Open Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
8 a.m.–noon
Donation days: Donations are taken the first Sunday of the month and on Thursdays and Fridays.
