CLANCY is a sweet and handsome 7-year-old medium-haired black male who needs a new home as owner is no longer able to care for him and his brother, Petie. He weighs 12 pounds, is neutered, is current with shots, and vet records are available. He always uses his litter box, likes to play, and he loves a lap and to have attention. Clancy has lived with a dog and with other cats; kids are unknown. He has a deep bond with his brother so they should be adopted together. There is no adoption fee.
