Hi… my name is Onyx,

I lived with a woman for many years but then she could no longer care for me. In fact, I was abandoned for several days. I came to The Animal League and was adopted, but my new human is now moving so here I am again. Understandably I was scared at first—but the volunteers helped me feel safe and loved. I don’t like to be held, but will sleep on a bed, and I will come to you for attention. I like to play with feather toys. I’m a sleek black boy with big round eyes. I’m looking for a stable home where I can become a companion again.
