Hi… my name is Preakness,

If you have a soft spot for survivors, I’m your cat! Due to an injury, my left front leg had to be amputated. As a stray, I was rescued by a woman driving by an abandoned area. She saw me limping and put me in her car. How thankful I am she saw me and brought me to The Animal League where I am being well cared for. Physically, I am healing so that I can jump into a chair (which is especially great if a person is sitting in it!). I love to be petted. I’m very friendly and loving, and I’m waiting for my own home. Please come meet me!
