When you hang around places where “animal people” are, you’re probably going to get lucky and find a softhearted person to take you in! Well, that’s what happened with me, when I appeared at the stables where my rescuer rides — she just couldn’t leave without me! Although she couldn’t keep me forever, she did have me for six weeks and said that I’m totally curious, playful, and love chasing anything on the floor (toys, crumpled paper, pens, eraser tops, or even uncooked spaghetti pieces!). She said although I’m a bit independent, I’m very “people interactive” and like to check out laps (sometimes sleeping in them, sometimes not!) and give nose rubs. I’m a young “drop-dead-gorgeous” calico who’ll definitely charm the socks off you in about, oh, ten seconds or so!
