I may be senior, but I’m still Zippy—fun-sized, handsome, and full of charm! At just 13 pounds, I won’t take up much room, except in your heart. I’ve been thriving in my foster home, where everyone says I’m an absolute joy AND I’m friendly with other dogs! When my owner entered hospice, I came to TALGV hoping for a loving new beginning. I’ve had several meet-and-greets, but somehow my perfect person hasn’t found me yet.
