Sampson

SAMPSON is an energetic and affectionate one-year-old, 70-pound, Belgian Malinois mix male who needs a new home with a strong leader. He walks well on leash and needs to walk about 30 minutes at least twice a day. He loves to play fetch outside in the yard and enjoys chewing on Nylabones and other chew toys. He is crate trained, house trained, and asks to go out. He is in good health, neutered, up to date on shots, and medical records are available. Sampson needs to be an only pet as he does not get along well with other dogs and cats; children are unknown. He knows sit and stay and will love having attention in an active home and learning how to be your best friend. There is no adoption fee for this special boy. Zoey

Hi… my name is Zoey,

You may notice my beautiful coat first, the interesting black, grey and white combination. That’s probably thanks to being a Belgian Malinois/Heeler mix, two beautiful breeds. Please notice, too, that I’m still a young girl, just 7 months old, active and eager with lots to learn. When my owner had to move and could not take me, she gave me to someone else, but that didn’t work for either of us. So now I’m here, hoping another someone with love and patience will take me home. I know “sit” and “shake,” and TALGV volunteers are teaching me other things, like how to walk on a leash. I love to play in rain and water from the hose and have a very sweet side, too. Could you be the one I’m longing to meet?

Farrah

Hi… my name is Farrah.

Beauty is not just skin deep! In my case it burrows its way all the way down to my warm little heart! I was found covered with cactus spines and cowering under an RV after being chased by coyotes, and boy was I glad TALGV came along! Now that I’m safe and all patched up, everyone agrees that I am a super sweet, friendly girl who is oh-so-ready for that much-vaunted “forever” home! I have a roommate here and we’re getting along fine, so I’ll bet I’d be okay with a canine friend or two in a new home. I’m a young 24-pound Belgian Malinois mix, and since I’m probably going to be on the small side when I’m grown, I’m told that’s just the perfect “Green Valley” size!
