I was found with another Chihuahua, Adam, trotting down Sahuarita Road. We were two little dogs in great big trouble—a busy road on one side and the unknown on the other left us no safe place to go. Thank heavens, a kind person spotted us and brought us here. Oh, I was very shy when we arrived; even scared to go for a walk at first. But I’m okay now, have new friends, and sometimes when I nap, I have a big dream. You probably know what it’s about—a cozy, comfy home, where I’m safe and get to play and cuddle with my person. TOMMY is a 15-pound neutered male Chihuahua/Min Pin mix that needs a new home as owners are moving out of the country. He is in good health, shots are up to date and medical records are available. He is housebroken (asks to go out and is familiar with doggie door) and crate trained. He is leash trained and at least one daily walk is important for him. Tommy warms up quickly to new people and loves to cuddle once he gets to know you. There is no adoption fee for this nice dog. Equally delightful, play time here is all day and all night—except when we’re napping, which happens a lot.
