Hi… my name is Popeye,

I am what I am, but I’m NOT a sailor man. Nor do I have a girlfriend named Olive Oyl and I do NOT like spinach, BUT what I am is even better: a handsome (obviously), leash-trained, easy-going guy who appears to be housetrained. While I’m friendly, I’m a bit aloof when first meeting new people. I appreciate those who allow me time to get to know you. It doesn’t take long! Hint: Yummy treats are the way to my heart. I’ve recently had a bit of ‘work’ done: surgery on one of my eyelids and something about being a responsible member of society. Because of that, I’ve had to limit interaction with other dogs and cats. While my friends continue to learn more about me, I am available for adoption. Don’t miss out!

CODY is a social and energetic 2-year-old, 80-pound black Retriever mix male who needs a new home. He and his littermate are not getting along now, but Cody would love a new doggy friend to play with. He is leash trained, crate trained, and house trained (asks to go out). Cody is in good health, up to date on shots and medical records are available. He has had rattlesnake avoidance training and obedience training (knows: come, wait, go to your spot, leave it, go around, off, and kennel up. He has been okay with cats with supervision; children are unknown. Cody likes to walk and enjoys truck rides… especially to get pup cups. He is an all-around good dog that would love to be your new best friend. There is no adoption fee. RUBY is a friendly and well-behaved 3-year-old, 25-pound Cocker/Retriever mix female who needs a new home. She knows “sit” and “come” and is crate trained. She is in good health, spayed, and up to date on shots. She asks to go out, loves playing fetch, and will play for hours with her toys. Ruby is not good with other dogs; cats and children are unknown. She likes to snuggle and will love having attention and learning how to be your best friend. There is no adoption fee. Hi… my name is Daisy (aka Elizabeth),

I am in search of a big lap! You see, I’m a big mush and love bug. My favorite place is with my person, right next to them, preferably touching, giving kisses, and getting petted. I also love being brushed and since my fur is long, I need to be. What I don’t like are loud noises and some overly exuberant small children I don’t know. Some dogs also make me nervous, especially when I’m on a leash. So I’d do best as the only dog in a home without small children. They say I’m a fast learner so maybe you could help me with that. I can use a doggie door or tell you when I need to go out. I am also crate trained and have done well when left by myself. If your lap could hold a big love bug, please come to meet me soon.
