Do you know that I am famous? My picture was on the front page of the TALGV newsletter! I’m the handsome one on the left, by the way. Where I used to live I didn’t meet too many new people. That’s why I’m still a bit shy around strangers. I like being petted, and deep down I am a really friendly guy, but I need you to give me some time to get to know you. I am also learning to walk nicely on a leash and the volunteers here are teaching me commands like “sit” and “stay” and other stuff. I think I’m pretty smart, so I’ll get the hang of it soon! Now that my two sisters have found their forever home, I’m looking for mine. Can we try together?

Now how can you not love this face? My pal Sherman and I arrived here due to a life change at home. I am an energetic happy-go-lucky guy who loves milkbones, carrots, and ice cubes. Oh, and socks, did I mention I love them, too. I’m crate trained, house broken and sometimes I get a little too excited, so I hyperventilate. I really want your personal attention, so just pet me and I calm right down. Let me mention also that I can help you with the housekeeping. Being low to the ground I’ll pick up everything. They really didn’t name me right: I am a little love bug! I am a four-year-old, small terrier mix who loves to cuddle and be petted. When I was found, my jaw was broken. But it is now healed up pretty well and doesn’t bother me at all anymore. I can eat kibble and wet food; I am just not allowed to have any hard bones or chew toys. I like to play and have fun with the volunteers here, and I really look forward to my walks. I also like meeting new people and to explore new areas. Sometimes I’m shy at first. That usually lasts about 10 seconds and then I can’t resist you! I’m an inquisitive girl who loves people, so pretty quickly I’ll try to be your friend. I’m young (born in late 2017) and still need some training on the leash, but here’s my secret advantage: I’m what people call “smart.” Since I want to please you, I love to learn. My previous person didn’t have time or money to take care of me, but she loved me and wanted me to be happy, so I’m here—ready to be adopted by someone who wants an active, fun-loving, good-looking dog.
