Hi… my name is Puma,

Adopted 5-19-18

My siblings and I were abandoned as babies, along with Mom, and left to the mercy of the elements. A neighbor fed us over the fence around our small space until the lucky day when we were rescued. Having had little human contact, we were terribly shy at first and huddled together, especially protective of our littlest brother, who’s a bit more delicate than the rest of us. But now, with food, water, and human kindness in constant supply, we’re developing a fondness for people, and hope to increase our confidence. Plus, playing, going outside, wrestling with each other—it’s all coming much more easily now. I’m Puma, the brindle male, 18 pounds at 3 months and growing. If you’re patient and understanding, could we possibly love each other? Let’s meet and find out!

Max

Hi… my name is Max,

Adopted with Angel 4-17-18

Double your pleasure, double your fun, adopt a bonded pair, two for one.

You can probably tell that Mom and I are dogs who know what love is. We clearly love each other, and we also loved our person. When he died and his family couldn’t keep us, we were very sad, but grateful to have each other. And now we’re here, staying brave as we look for our new best friends. I’m a brown and white 4-year-old Terrier mix male with big-boy ears, and while I really want to meet you, I may be bashful at first. (I’m 9-1/2 pounds and every single human I’ve met is bigger than me.) But I’ll warm up and we’ll soon be having fun, playing and cuddling on a regular basis. I’m leash trained, good in the house, and love Angel, my mom. Will you let us love you, too?

Hi… my name is Honey Crisp,

Adopted 1-28-18

My siblings and I have been through some serious experiences—found as little babies in the desert, then some of us requiring medical attention—and now we’re all set for those just-for-fun adventures from the puppy perspective. Not that we’ve forgotten that puppies are supposed to learn stuff, too—things that are very important to our people, so we all need someone with the patience and time to teach us. If you’re one of those people, I promise to remain adorable as I grow and learn. We all appear to be a Chihuahua/Terrier mix; I’m one of the girls, brown with lots of white on my front paws, shoulders, a bit on my nose, weighing in at 8 pounds as a 3-month-old. How about we meet, fall in love, and go home together forever!
