Foster Mom says:  Neya is curious, but cautious, when meeting dogs and cats. She is active and interested in what is going on around her. She loves to go on walks and to be brushed and petted. She eats best when she is hand fed. Neya prefers to have the run of the house and will indicate when she wants to go out to potty. She was groomed easily and the groomer said her skin and fur appear healthy. She is a delightful dog who wants to be near someone all the time, loves to cuddle and sit on your lap.
