Hi… my name is Sheba,

I take loyalty seriously—but I also believe trust should be earned. I can be cautious, especially with men, so give me space, let me come to you, and I’ll warm up on my terms. Right now, I’m enjoying a foster home and getting a very nice preview of forever: quiet days, good meals, leisurely walks, water to splash in, and someone available for brushing duty. I’m laid-back, rarely bark, and put myself in my crate when I need a little “me time.” I’m appropriate with strangers and generally unbothered by other dogs. Tan dogs, however, are unacceptable. I have my reasons; I shall not divulge. Lizards are equally objectionable and should govern themselves accordingly. My foster home is lovely, but I’m ready for the permanent version.
