Hi… my name is Sandie,

Adopted 10-30-19

I’m just a foot and a half tall and a year and a half old. I’m buff both in color and physique. You could say I’m well balanced! I’m here at TALGV because my Mom and Dad worked long hours and said I’m “a sweetheart who deserves more companionship.” I’m a friendly girl with people and other dogs. The combination of having brains and curiosity led me to figuring out how to open a handle doorknob and jump a fence. Safety doesn’t cross my mind when there’s something to explore on the other side. Right now I’m wondering who’s going to come through my door from the other side and take me to my new home!

Hi… my name is Skipper,

Adopted 1-31-20

Some “works in progress” may take longer to develop than others, but with patience, they’re often well worth the effort. That appears to be the case with me, especially since my longtime girlfriend was adopted and left me alone (she was a Siamese, so I guess more “trendy”). I’ve been keeping a very low profile ‘cause there is just so much activity going on all the time, but the volunteers are exceedingly patient, and they’ve been spending a lot of time working to earn my trust. I’m sure one of these days I’ll surprise everyone by revealing my real self to be just as loving as you could possibly want – so stay tuned!

Hi… my name is Monarch,

Adopted 11-24-19

Some “works in progress” may take longer to develop than others, but with patience, they’re often well worth the effort. That appears to be the case with my friend, Skipper, and me. We were found together in the Rancho Caliente area of Sahuarita (I was wearing a collar, so you know that I “belonged” once!), but since arriving here, we’ve been keeping a very low profile ‘cause there is just so much activity going on all the time! The volunteers are exceedingly patient though, so one of these days we’re sure to surprise everyone by revealing our real selves to be just as loving as you could possibly want… just stay tuned!

Hi… my name is Poca Dot,

Adopted 10-24-19

Comes with Vet Care Support for Life

Purebred Bengal. Declawed. Super sweet. Huge voice. Bed buddy. What more could you want? OK — I don’t get along with other cats very well (that’s mainly why I’m here – that and my dad’s health), so I’m inviting you to add lots of zip to your life and take me home. I have the most luxurious velvety fur you’ve ever felt, with beautiful orange “rosettes” (apparently a characteristic of some Bengals), and I’m just as sweet and playful as can be, even at 10 years of age (which entitles me to Vet Care Support for Life). There won’t be many opportunities to snap up a lover like me, so you’d better get a move on!

Moe

Hi… my name is Moe,

Adopted to permanent foster home 6-1-20

Comes with Vet Care Support for Life

Who knows how long I’ve been fending for myself? By the looks of me, it’s been quite a while ‘cause I was starving when I arrived and you can feel every bone in my body. Although I have a microchip, it traced way back to 2013 to people from California, so how I got here is anyone’s guess. They’re taking super good care of me now though, and you can bet I never refuse a meal! I’m declawed, about 16 years old (so have vet care support for life), and I’m resting up and working on getting back into lap sitting shape. If you’ve got a soft spot for survivors, I sure hope we can meet!

Hi… my name is Beoko,

Little known fact: there are 109 people in Cameroon with the surname Beoko! At least that is what they discovered when they researched the origin of my name! But that’s not all that’s special about me. If you visit me here, it’ll just take a little coaxing to get me to rub against you, roll over, snuggle up, and invite you to play. But even better, once I’m yours, being your companion and purring you to sleep will be my primary jobs! Sadly, “my” 7-year-old developed nasty allergies, so she had to give me up, but I know it’d make her happy to know that you’re enjoying and loving me as much as she did.

Hi… my name is Penne,

Adopted 11-3-19

You wonder why some kittens in a litter get overlooked when they’re just as cute, cuddly, and (especially in my case!) beautiful! Maybe it’s because back when I first arrived there were what seemed like TONS of us, and I guess there weren’t enough people in the market for kittens at the time for all of us to find homes. Well, my littermate, Ziti, and I are still waiting, and we’re still just as sweet as we were as babies, and, if possible, even more appealing in our “maturity” at almost 5 months. My gorgeous orange and brown Torbie coat and delightful personality are sure to win your heart, so come meet me soon – I’m waiting!
