There were twelve of us—6 young dogs and 6 newborn puppies—left in an abandoned house without food or water in triple-digit heat. Then a door opened. A woman had heard us. She was our first hero, and there would be many more. Indeed, we were in such dire straits that the rescue activity at TALGV by so many people—busy with fluids, cooling, nourishment, whatever we needed—is a bit of a blur. What I know for sure is that our lives were saved that day Now we each have a future—a chance to thrive, play, give and receive love. I’m a Poodle mix male, almost white, and I’m sure you understand why I’m so ready for a fun, happy life in a comfy, loving home with you!

I’m a 2-year-old, action-packed pup who will love hiking, romping, and playing with you. Being a Heeler/Husky mix, I like being part of a pack, and sometimes I instinctively find myself herding. I even arrange my toys around the house, which made my Mom laugh. I know basic commands, am crate trained, and with my intelligence, I’ll learn whatever else you want me to do.
