When you come to visit me, I’ll greet you with a happy smile and wag not just my tail but my whole body. I’m a small, female black Lab mix with a special facial attraction: wispy black whiskers and long eyelashes. Oo-Lo-La! But don’t think I’m Miss Priss. I’ve been mostly an outdoor dog with bulldog “brothers.” I’ve wished I could be inside with my people, who said I give kisses, play with toys, and like being petted. They brought me and a bulldog brother to TALGV when their work schedule interfered with caring for us. I walk calmly on leash and if you say “stop,” I’ll stop on a dime and turn to you. In fact, nothing would please me more than to turn into your new family member and make your world a happier place.

When you walk into my kennel, I will greet you with a wagging tail and gentle kisses. I am a heeler mix and was found together with my best friend, Krystal, near the Interstate. Some very nice people took us here so we could be safe. I greet everyone with lots of tail wags and kisses. I love to give kisses, you know—I even give them to Krystal! I am not as pretty as she is, but she knows I make up for it with a heart of gold. Won’t you come and meet me so I can show you? As soon as we meet, I will shower you with love! That is just who I am: a regular love bug! I love to cuddle with people, but I also like my walks with the volunteers to look around and explore. I am a white shepherd, and everyone agrees I am gorgeous. My best friend Queenie and I were found alone walking near the interstate. I am still sad about losing my people, but Queenie is such a comfort! If you come to see me, I will roll over for belly rubs and thank you with lots of kisses.
