My sister, Amera, and I lived with lots of other cats, dogs, and toddlers all our lives, but our home finally got just too “pet crowded,” and since we were the most outgoing of the tribe, our family decided it would be easier for us to steal hearts and find new homes. Dad said, “James likes to be held and sit in your lap. He LOVES toddlers (he deals well with their ‘abuse’!), and purrs all the time. He has a great personality, knows his name and usually comes when called. He likes to sleep next to my pillow or by the baby’s feet.” So many things I do well – can I do them for you (maybe even with Amera)?

Mom said, “Zoe is a lap cat, a lover, and emotionally connects. She’ll come in response to a loud, sustained whistle, is still playful, makes ‘biscuits’ in your lap, and knows how to ‘shake’ (just say ‘Zoe, shake-shake’ and hold your open hand toward her paws). She stayed calm and ‘chill’ even when the dogs rushed her.” I was raised with three kids (two were toddlers and not always the most gentle of creatures!), cats, and two dogs, and until a new cat was introduced into the house, was perfection personified. I hope that given my sterling background, you’ll find it in your heart to give this 13-year-old (with free vet care for life) a new lease on life!

“Whoa, just awesome” – that’s what you’ll say when you meet me! With gorgeous long white fur tipped with amber patches and golden eyes I’m not your average “blend into the crowd” kind of guy! Actually, it’s my looks that got me “in trouble” ‘cause the people who adopted me decided after a while that white cat hair was NOT something they wanted to deal with. Well, their loss will be your gain as they said I loved snuggling in laps, was an excellent housemate for their other (shorthaired!) cat, and was just generally a wonderful companion. If a peaceful spirit, great personality, and good looks call to you, this 3-year-old boy wants to share his aura!

You sure can get attached to a human in 13-plus years! I simply adored my dad, and after he passed away, mom tried to care for me, but her health wasn’t tiptop, so here I am, all at sixes and sevens and hoping there’s a soft heart out there to help me spend my golden years (which include free vet care for life). Mom said that I’m kind of a picky eater (unlike dogs, who’ll eat practically ANYTHING!), and only like Fancy Feast with lots of gravy (which isn’t hard to find), so if you’re the kind of person who’d like to give a lost soul a second chance, I sure hope we can meet soon!
