Puppies are cute, easy to love and sometimes goofy. I know because I’m surrounded by puppies! They’re my siblings! And there are more puppies at the Animal League, too. I hear them playing and sometimes I can smell them because, well, I’m a dog. Yes, I’m still little, with lots to learn, and needing a daily puppy portion of cuddling, playing, and reminders that I’m safe and loved. I’m Ferrari, one of the Car litter girls, and old enough to meet people now. And if another puppy is your favorite, that’s okay. There are puppies here of different sizes, personalities, colors, genders, and we all need happy homes to grow up in. My distinguishing mark is white under my chin. We lived with our human in Amado but poor health caused her to move, and we couldn’t go along. I have a lifetime of experiences to share with you. I lived with my senior human parents for years in California. When they moved into assisted living, their daughter drove me to The Animal League. I’m affectionate and sweet, purring when I’m petted and brushed. I love to play with feathered dangly toys. My favorite foods are senior dry kibble and canned puree. I’m front declawed and have Vet Care Support for Life. I like to sleep on my human’s bed or curled up in my “hut” bed. I prefer to be an only pet in a quiet home. If that’s yours, we should meet!
