Yes, that’s really my name, and yes, I’m a guy! I’m a special boy who needs a truly special person to care for me, but in return, you’d be getting one wonderfully affectionate companion. Somehow in my short life, I lost my tail – either there are Manx genes in my heritage, it was amputated, or when I was neutered, there might have been surgical problems (no one is quite sure), but in any case, I sometimes need a little help with my hygiene. I was found wandering the streets and was lucky to be brought to TALGV. I’m a beautiful black and white four-year-old girl and a trim 40 pounds. My foster mom always tells me that I’m a real good girl. I can be a little nervous and shy when I meet new people but warm up nicely. My foster mom says I’m affectionate, smart, and a quick learner. I already know the commands sit, wait, leave it, and down. I love to go for golf car rides and hikes and am well mannered on leash. Lucy is an energetic and affectionate 41-pound, 13-month-old female Border Collie mix that needs a new home. She is housebroken, leash and crate trained. She loves other dogs and children; cats are unknown. Lucy has been spayed and is up to date with her shots. She needs a secure yard for play and loves water, but owner’s pool is making her sick. She is friendly, very smart, and is eager to learn all you can teach her. There is no adoption fee for this special girl.
