What do people love about Dominoes? They’re easy to play with, fun, and really distinct, which perfectly describes me. I am a sweet girl who is easy-going and full of love. My spotted coat and blue eyes make me stand out in a crowd. I seem to be able to get along with other dogs since I had a buddy when I arrived at TALGV, but I’m ready to join a new home with a warm bed and daily food delivery. I am energetic but know how to sit and wait (especially if you offer a treat). I walk well on a leash and love to sniff the world outside. Sometimes the universe is just on your side, ya’ know? I was running loose with my buddy, looking for my next meal, when someone brought us to TALGV. We weren’t sure if we should be scared or not, but then they gave us SO much good food, a bath, a soft bed, and all of these people who were loving on us, and I realized that this is all okay with me. I like food…a lot…but I also like all the snuggles and cuddles. I’m a handsome, intelligent boy who is excellent on a leash and easy to train due to my affinity for snacks. I’m ready for my own home and family. I trust that the universe will bring me the right person; am I meant to be a part of your family?

Oh, I’m humble too – LOL! I’ve been told I’m so good on leash walks, that I should offer Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced classes for my canine friends here. I’m neutered, well-mannered, and love to explore the world on walks. I was found as a stray and taken in by a kind person who got me all vetted, but I can’t stay with them due to landlord restrictions. My lustrous black fur coat is just perfect for petting, and I am just perfect for playing and fitting into an active home. I’m gentle and tolerant of children. For a few months I lived with a family whose other resident cat didn’t like me, so they brought me to The Animal League knowing that I was very adoptable. I enjoy playing with soft toys, usually balls. (Perhaps I’m practicing soccer?) Very friendly, I desire human interaction. You could say I’m no snuggle slouch, too. Tuxedo

Hi… my name is Tuxedo,

When people meet me, they can’t help but notice my striking black coat with the perfect amount of white, but it’s the “ridge” of hair down my back that really makes me stand out. I’m a pup who was found in a parking lot. I got along well with the dogs of the people who found me, but I want my own home, so I came to TALGV in search of a family. I am already a favorite as I am cuddly, patient, and relaxed (for a puppy). I am learning to walk on a leash, and I plan to have it down in no time so that I can enjoy my new home and any new playmates. I will probably be a medium-to-large boy. I’m waiting, all dressed up and ready, for you.
