For the last four years I lived with a nice man. A couple of years ago we brought a kitten into the home, Josette. There was also a dog. I became like a mother to Josette and we really clicked. Unfortunately dad got sick. I stayed close to his side until he passed away. Now Josette and I are looking for another good home. I like to hang out on a high perch but will readily come down for attention. I like petting and brushing and will rub against you. You can pick me up and I like laps. I’m a beautiful girl, mostly black with a splotch of white. Come by and meet us!

I started life as a stray, but for the last year I lived with my best friend, Supercali. There were also young children and dogs in the home. Something wasn’t to my liking, and I began misbehaving. However, my owner said I was super sweet and love to play and be petted. I’ve been hanging out on the floor underneath a cat tree, but I come right out to rub your legs. As much as my owner loved me, she had no choice but to find me and my other adopted “siblings” new homes. My “mom” had taken me in after being found in the desert covered with cholla. Now because of her love, she has trusted the good people at TALGV with my care while waiting for my new home. I’m an approximately 5-year-old female Heeler mix who walks well on a leash. I’m a little timid and would probably do better in a home without young children, and definitely no cats! I have a lot of love to offer if you’re willing to be patient while I get to know you. My mom’s request…love me as she has. If you have room in your heart (and your home), I’d love to meet you!
