She’d been found and brought to TALGV just two days earlier, so we were very lucky to start our lives in this safe and comfy place. Since then, we’ve been busy growing, learning—including how to walk on a leash—and playing. We’ve had all kinds of fun playing together and with human friends, but now things are changing. Most of my siblings have found their new homes and I’m hoping it’s my turn very soon. I’m a fun-loving, beautiful Staffie mix female, ready to go home with my forever family. Munchkin

Hi… my name is Munchkin,

Here’s the “scoop” on me. I was found and given to a senior woman for her pet. During my first few months with her, I was pretty “wired” since I was a stray. Being in her home, I learned to appreciate cuddling and purring. My favorite toys were tunnels, feathers on fishing poles (although I’ve never caught a fish!), and little spring toys. I’m inquisitive and active. I liked to chase after my human mom’s walker which became a safety issue. So reluctantly, she brought me to The Animal League. Perhaps a family with activities that I could be a part of would carry out my mission of being an adorable cat! What do you say?

Sassy is a sweet and affectionate 6-month-old Shepherd mix female who needs a new home. She is in good health, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on shots. Sassy loves people and is very smart, so she should be easy to train. Since owner’s other three dogs do not get along with her, she might be best as an only dog. She comes with crate, pad, harness, and leash. There is no adoption fee for this special girl.
