Hi… my name is Elon,

After living on the streets for about a year, a nice person finally brought me here where it’s safe. Good thing, since I was starting to show some wear and tear from being outside. Here at The Animal League I can count on safety and regular meals so it’s a big improvement. However, I’m still getting used to my new place. I’ve been keeping to myself in a small soft cubby on the floor while I learn what’s what. The volunteers can pet and brush me, and I do like that. What I’d really like is a quiet home where I can get my bearings and come out of my shell.

COMES WITH VET CARE SUPPORT FOR LIFE

I lived my whole life with one human and a few younger cats. Loved the human, the other cats not so much. They picked on me! When my human’s health became an issue I wound up here at The Animal League. They had to get my blood sugar under control, but now I’m available to be adopted by someone who can monitor that ongoing. I do have Vet Care Support for Life just in case. I get along fine with kids and when the volunteers come to see me, I purr my appreciation for their attention. I’ve been hanging out in the catio on a medium-height perch. I’m a big boy with sleek black fur.
