Like a flowering magnolia plant, I need the attention and care of humans. I am receiving that at The Animal League after my rescuer brought me here. She found me abandoned in a house which she had purchased. When the previous owner moved out, he left me with food, water, and a litter box. That is not enough for a pet! I thought you might like to know that after my “dad” passed away and I had no one else, TALGV is a GOOD place to be. I get the attention and understanding I need, with a large dose of love thrown in. I am currently being successfully treated for a medical issue. I’m an affable boy, a Rottie mix who is approximately 4 years old. I’m at that age where I can appreciate the finer things in life like early morning walks (which I do very well), good food, occasional treats and naps, but mostly someone to love and share my life. My mom says I am all of these and more but since she has become allergic to me, I need to find a new home.I’m soft as a powder puff and twice as nice (with people that is, but not cats). So, here I am, ready to be the light of your life for the rest of mine, and at just three years old, that’ll be a long time. Mom said I’m a gentle, tolerant girl who enjoys playing with wand toys, playing with mouse toys, watching videos, and catnip.
