“Very happy, playful, smart, loves ears scratched, inquisitive, trained not to jump on counters (that’ll probably be a real “biggie” for some people!), loves lasers, balls, and string.” What more could you want? Well, how about a generally “wonderful personality; lived with another cat and got along; and likes sleeping with you”? The only thing I don’tparticularly like (unlike lots of other cats) is having my butt scratched (my tail’s okay, but my butt, so to speak, is mine!). In addition to landlord issues, my mom couldn’t afford to keep me any longer, so if you’ve got your own home (or a open-minded landlord), let’s make 2022 a year we can both look forward to!

I came to the Animal League “in a family way” and the nice people here took care of me until after my babies were born. It was stressful for me to part with them! Added to my woes was an eye infection that resulted in me losing one eye. With all that behind me, and now that the babies have gone to new homes, I’m looking to settle down in a new home myself. I’m a happy, friendly girl who wants to be your companion. I’m just waiting for an opportunity to charm my way into your heart—come check me out! Although “shabby chic” usually refers to a relaxed, well-worn style of décor, it pretty much used to describe me too! When I showed up on the doorstep of a home in Sahuarita, I was skinny, dehydrated, and the personification of “raggedy Andy.” Now I’ve morphed into the gorgeous guy I was destined to be, and with your help (lots of food, love, lap time, and an indoor-only home), I promise I’ll wow you! Kris Kringle

Hi… my name is Kris Kringle,

I’ve gotta give my people credit. They had me for six years until I began fighting with my male housemate. They relinquished me to TALGV, but soon missed me so much they reclaimed me, hoping things would work out. As you can guess, things didn’t change, so now I’m dreaming of a “one cat” home (namely ME!). Mom says although I’m not the most demonstrative guy (maybe that’s because as a youngster I was dumped in a parking lot, so haven’t quite forgotten that experience), I like being with you on my terms, lying near you on a couch or bed. If you’re willing to give this handsome guy a try, I sure will give it my all!
