Hi… my name is Fynn,

Because my human could no longer keep me due to her travel and work, I was given to her parents. In that home I did not get along with the other resident cats and particularly dogs. So, you get it; don’t you? I want to be your only pet! I’m a handsome boy with attractive markings. I love to eat and then take a nap. During my waking hours I have a lot to say. Are you ready to listen? In my previous home, I liked to sleep at night in the bedroom. If you have it in your heart to take on a feisty cat, please come meet me. I need your calmness and patience.

If you are considering adoption, stop in at TALGV to meet me soon. Or you may call TALGV office (520-625-3170) and make an appointment. Kennel hours are between 10 and 2 every day.

Hi… my name is Punkin,

Adopted 3-15-25 (My friend Sampson will live next door!)

You know the saying, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” has been around for a long time for a reason, and when some people move and abandon their pets, they’re really relying on that happening! Well, happily I know I’ll prove it true, ‘cause I’m just as sweet and loving as can be and will make some lucky person the companion of their dreams. I’m a longhaired orange and white boy, about 3 years old, and handsome as all get-out to boot! Sometimes when pets have gone through “trauma,” they double down on niceness, so that’s what I’ve done. I’m here just waiting to show you what a joy it’ll be to have me around!

Hi… my name is Curry,

Adopted with Cumin

My brother Cumin and I look like matching book ends. Here is part of our story. After being cared for in a home for several years, why would my human choose to abandon my brother Cumin and me at a car wash? We are sweet, loving felines who are FRONT DECLAWED. We are a bonded pair of siblings. Thankfully, our rescuer brought us to The Animal League where we are ready to meet our new human(s). My lovely, soft creamsicle fur coat just begs to be brushed. Although I’m shy, provide me with treats and I’ll let you pet me. How about it? Noah had it right: two felines are better than one!

Hi… my name is Homer,

Arriving at The Animal League as part of The Simpson’s litter, I was rather grumpy. My human could no longer adequately care for me due to his work travel and knew I needed more human attention. So, here I am waiting for you! I have lived with adults and teenagers, a dog and other cats. I was allowed outside and did not get along with outdoor cats. Indoors is a much better place for me! I appreciate safety. I’m independent and shy around strangers so please give me time to warm up to you. I really do want my own human to love! Could that be you?  Please come check me out. We just might become best buddies!

If you are considering adoption, stop in at TALGV to meet me soon. Or you may call TALGV office (520-625-3170) and make an appointment. Kennel hours are between 10 and 2 every day.

Leo

Hi… my name is Leo,

Adopted 2-26-25

Here I am again, just like your long, lost friend. For several years I lived with my senior humans and another cat. I was loving and playful. I liked to sleep on the bed or couch. Sadly, when my human dad died, my mom had to move to a place where cats were not allowed. I really miss that home where I enjoyed companionship, love, and comfort. Far different from my beginnings when I was rescued from a storm drain! When my rescuer lost her home, she brought me to The Animal League knowing my great personality would win hearts in no time. Please come in to check me out to see if you agree!

Hi… my name is Chip,

In my last home I was loving and playful. I lived with a senior couple and another cat until my human dad died, and mom moved into a place that didn’t allow pets. I loved my humans but didn’t care for the other cat. I slept on the couch or bed. Although I’m toothless, I’m a good eater (especially canned food.)  That was a comfortable life, a far cry from my beginnings when I was rescued from a storm drain! My kind rescuer lost her home so she brought me to The Animal League knowing my charming personality would win hearts quickly. Why don’t you meet me to see if you agree? I’d like that!
