When dad lost his job, he had to move and couldn’t take me or my feline roommates. I had babies at the time and they are all taken care of—now my turn for a new home! I’m a young, active girl who likes to play but I’m fine with petting and brushing too. I’ve been lying on a perch on a cat tree here, showing off my golden eyes and light buffy coat. I have very light stripes in my coat, too. Very unusual! My name comes from Lake Superior, but once you meet me you just may decide it also refers to my personality!

Here’s the deal. Mom passed away so I’m at The Animal League now, and I’m adjusting. In my home I was the king, strutting around, playing and investigating anything new. I’ve been around kids but I really love men. Here I’m getting used to everything at my own pace–it’s just all so foreign. However, I’ve gone from nonstop growling from a high perch to strolling around the room like I own it, just like I did at home. I’d really like a chance to reclaim my regal status at a new home.
