Hi… my name is Rascal “Flatts,”

Adopted 8-9-22

Did you know the word “rascal” is an affectionate term usually used to describe a mischievous child (puppy)? Being a rascal isn’t a bad thing… it’s just a “puppy” thing. My previous owner found me to be more of a challenge than anticipated. She’s sad, but believes I’ll be better off in a home where I can get the training I need. In her opinion I’m a smart, very affectionate dog who loves people, is a great snuggler, and plays quite well with other dogs (preferably ones who share my enthusiasm). I’m crate trained (sleep in my kennel all night and when left alone), but not quite house trained. I’m really a “good” boy, who just needs some time, patience, and training to become a “great” boy, but to accomplish that… I need you!

Hi… my name is Paul,

Adopted 5-29-22

Four of us were found together, all boys, and brought to TALGV in April. Someone had the clever idea that we could be the Fab Four. Now, Iam much too young to understand what that means, but perhaps you do. In any case, I think I got the coolest name! That’s Sir Paulto you, thank you! Mom and Dad were pretty big dogs, Rottweiler or Shepherd, I think, so I’ll probably grow into a big dog too. (If not, my paws are way too big!) We’ve been told we must find ourselves “forever home”, a place where we can play and run and have someone teach us good doggie manners. Two of our siblings have already done that. Now it’s my turn! Do you have a forever home for me?

Hi… my name is Rascal,

Adopted 7-16-22

Yeah, yeah—there was a time when I lived up to my name. You know: high energy, feisty, getting into stuff, nipping at folks. Oh, well, those days are past and I was much younger then. Now I am mostly laid back, enjoy long naps, good food and a few treats, plus a leisurely walk a couple of times a day. Oh, you know a thing or two about that, too? Then let’s meet real soon! You already have a doggie pal, you say? I had one, too, and we got along just fine. But she already found herself a new home. So how about it? Let’s have some fun, keep each other company, and grow old(er) together! I’ve got lots more good years in me!
