I used to live with my human parents and three other doggies. Being here at TALGV is all new to me and when strange people come in, I am never quite sure how to react. So I bark or growl, just to be on the safe side. Thank goodness the volunteers here gave me a second chance or I would not have a lap to jump on, and what would I do then? My former mom wants you to know that I am smart, a good watchdog, and love to play fetch. Although I run the other way if you mention “bath.” She says I’m really okay with water. Roland is a gentle and loving 5-year-old, 92-pound Redbone Hound mix male who needs a new home because family is moving out of the country.He is crate trained, leash trained, and obedience trained. He is housebroken and asks to go out. He is in good health, neutered, up to date on shots, and medical records are available. Roland plays well with other dogs and gets along with children; cats are unknown. He is easygoing, enjoys being groomed, and will let you know when he needs water in his dish.
