Adopted Offsite October 18, 2014.

DENVER is a handsome, happy, and energetic 11-month-old purebred Husky who needs a new home with a family that has more time for him. (His birthday is 12/2/13 and although both parents were Husky, he does not have papers.) He is good with children, family cats, and small dogs. Denver is housebroken (asks to go out but could use a bit more reinforcement), is crate- and leash-trained, and knows sit, down, and go to bed. He has been neutered and has microchip. Denver loves people and is not challenged by other dogs. There is no adoption fee.

If you will welcome Denver into a loving home as part of your family, please call Gail between 8 AM and 8 PM at 520-398-4622.

Hi… my name is Prissy.

Adopted December 22, 2014.

My mom, a long-time volunteer at TALGV, was obviously “into” calicos as she had five of us (all adoptees of course!), so when she had to go into assisted living, she knew there would be no better place to care for us until we found new homes. Not to toot my own horn, but I’m an awesomely beautiful (and basically sweet) longhaired “dilute” version, and although at the moment, I’m not “into” being picked up (like a lot of cats) I’m sure that when I get over my loss I’ll make your life just as happy as I did my mom’s. Why not “make her day” and take me home so the volunteers can let her know I’ve got a new lease on life?

Arrived October 17, 2014.

Hi… my name is Minerva.

Adopted November 3, 2014.

My mom, a long-time volunteer at TALGV, was obviously “into” calicos as she had five of us (all adoptees, of course!), so when she had to go into assisted living, she knew there would be no better place to care for us until we found new homes. Not to toot my own horn, but I’m a drop-dead gorgeous, blue eyed, longhaired “dilute” version, and have a VERY sociable and charming personality to match. I’m the youngest of the bunch, so I’ve got tons of time ahead of me to make your life just as happy as I did my mom’s. Why not “make her day” and take me home so the volunteers can let her know I’ve got a new lease on life?

Hi… my name is Bridget.

Adopted September 24, 2015

Bridget comes with Free Vet Care for Life.

My mom was a long-time volunteer at TALGV and was “into” calicos as she had five of us (all adoptees of course!), so it was comforting for her when she went assisted living to know there would be no better place to care for us. Although I’m not a “true” calico, I’m an unusual Torbie (that’s a mix of calico and tabby), so I’m special in my very own way! I was always the shyest of my family group, but I’m pretty sure that when I don’t have so many felines vying for attention, I’ll be the sweet “people person” I’m meant to be, so won’t you please give me a second chance? Oh, and by the way, since I’ve just “celebrated” my 10-year birthday, I now come with Free Vet Care for Life!

Hi… my name is Winnie.

Adopted January 27, 2015.

When the volunteers say, “She wags her tail so hard she almost falls over,” you know that I love people! When I was found at Walmart, I had a lot of scabs and scars on my head and it was apparent that I’d had puppies recently, but that certainly hasn’t dampened my enthusiasm for life! My rescuer only had me for three days, but said that I was very sweet, was excellent on a leash, was very gentle with getting treats and food, and went into my crate easily. I didn’t, however, get along with his resident dogs and cats (but that may have been a “there’s a stranger in town” thing on their parts!). I’m a sweet 57-pound, Staffie girl who just wants some humans to love.
