I lost the only home I knew when mom died suddenly—my world has been turned upside-down. I’m adjusting to being here, mostly sleeping on a high perch on a cat tree. I’m enjoying the attention from the volunteers, especially the petting and scratching. I lived with another cat and seem to get along with the cats here too. I have a mostly grey tabby coat with white on my head, neck and paws. I’m hoping to start a new chapter in my life and be a companion to a new human. As a kitten I was adopted by a nice person, along with my bonded companion Beret. Unfortunately, our owner died so we are looking for a new home together. At first, I was a little scared, but I’m getting more comfortable here. I like to sit in a wall cubby where I can see what’s going on. I’ll meow to get your attention and I like being petted. When you do pet me, I’ll purr my appreciation. I have a beautiful grey coat with a white chin patch and white chest and feet, and I like being brushed.
