Hi… my name is Dusty,

Since my human could not take me and my two feline companions with him to New York, he brought us to The Animal League where we are awaiting our new home. I’m in shock over this transition so am hiding in the corner behind a cat bed. I’m sad, but I appreciate the kind volunteers talking to me, reassuring me that my next human is just around the corner. I’m very skittish, but when I want to be petted, I like my tail rubbed and my head scratched. Do you think you could accommodate my preferences? Since I only lived with adults, I’m not sure I’d get along with children or dogs. Just you and me—What do you say?
