Seven years I lived with my wonderful mom who just went into assisted living. Seven years that included lots of love, many shared mornings perusing the paper over coffee, afternoons sitting in a chair and helping her knit (THAT was fun!), evenings watching TV, and plenty of other “stuff” to keep me occupied and content. I’m going to miss all that, but I know that given my personality (and superb good looks and loving nature) someone else is going to fill that void in my life just like I’ll do for them. I’ve never been around kids, but I’m guessing I’d be just fine with them. I’m a longhaired orange and white boy who’ll win your heart in the blink of an eye!
