Hi… my name is Max.

Adopted June 17, 2014.

I was a kitten when a young family with three kids and two dogs adopted me. Everything was great until my brother and I started having territorial issues, so they felt it best that I find a new home. I went to live with a couple, but that didn’t work out because I wanted to play, play, play, and they didn’t have enough time for that. So, I’m hoping the “third time’s a charm” for me!  I’m an orange tabby guy who got along with everyone (except my brother!) and am generally a gentle, quiet guy. I’ve been known to get on furniture and give the old counter-jump a try, but that’s actually pretty standard behavior for a cat! I hear that there are actually a lot of people who really LIKE to have a furry friend on the sofa or chair next to them, so if you’re one of them, I’ll bet we’d get along just fine!
