If you’re looking for a fun-loving dog, I’m right here! And, lucky for me, I’m hard to miss. I’m a tall, slender Lab mix male, about 70 pounds, 1-year-old and full of personality. On a cold winter’s day, I was alone, shivering, and about to give birth! Thankfully, some very kind people took me in, and I promptly delivered 8 puppies. What a relief to have my babies in a safe place! I took care of my growing pups until they were ready to be on their own. Now I’m on my own again, too, safe in foster care, with time to wonder what it feels like to truly belong to someone, to be loved in that forever way. Human friends say my day will come because lots of people would enjoy sharing life with a sweet, happy companion like me. I’m a medium-size Lab mix female, brindle with touches of white, and a big hope in my heart that you’ll let me be yours today.

When I was found near a busy intersection, I eagerly answered my rescuer’s call. I was friendly right away, but also malnourished and had a skin issue, so my TALGV friends took me to the vet. Today, I feel so much better! My coat may never be perfect, but I have long black silky fur, and with my new healthy diet, I’m now about 40 pounds, a nice size for a 1-year-old Lab mix female. I’m having baths with a special shampoo, and TALGV will continue to support care for the skin condition until it’s resolved. And from my heart, I offer you my sweet personality and people-friendly good nature. If you can introduce me to a life of love and fun, I’m ready! May the next friendly call I hear be yours!

I was found by volunteers at the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. There were no other people around, so apparently I’d been abandoned. Why that happened to a sweet, lovable guy like me is a mystery, but I’m glad to say that’s my past story! Today, I’m a happy, playful fellow; a 1-year-old Lab mix, about 48 pounds, with a honey-color coat and soft brown eyes. I find fun in every day; I like to play with my toys, and sometimes, when people stop by, I make happy sounds to show how glad I am to see them. (My human friends say that’s just one cute part of my charming personality.) Come for a visit and we’ll have fun meeting each other. Take me home and you’ll have a loving, devoted companion for life!

I was adopted as a puppy* and spent five years with my family, but when a recent job transfer required a big move, they had to leave me behind. We were all sad to say good-bye, and it’s extra tough for me because sometimes I’m scared of new people. Given a chance, though, I warm up and respond to kindness with kindness. In my previous home, I had fun playing with cats and other dogs, and have always been happy to go on walks. A short while ago, when I was lost and on my own, I didn’t have time for fun. I had to focus on trying to find what a dog needs every day. Guess I had my nose to the ground because suddenly there was a kind gentleman telling me that I was headed in the direction of the mountains, which was not my wisest choice. Instead, he recommended TALGV, which was great advice. My friends here provide food, water and shelter, and I’m free to practice my doggie skills and have a whole lot of fun. Turns out I’m really good at playing, being a friend, and sometimes even smiling! I’m a young, eager-to-please, brown Lab mix male, who’s hoping to meet you real soon. I think we could be real happy together.
