My story from June 2015: Okay, I understand that a young puppy is probably more than some older people can handle or have time for, so I know it was nothing I did that brought me here! After my dad disappeared, his mom tried to care for his kids and me, but the combination was way more than she could handle. She said I was a typical youngster who was very playful and affectionate, loved to romp with the young kids (gently and politely though!), so I’ve got the basics down and all I need is someone with patience and time to guide me and give me the attention I deserve. I’m a darling black and white Staffie mix girl just waiting to demonstrate how happy, smart, and eager I am to learn.

I’m a TALGV baby! My nine brothers and sisters and I were born here on 7/26. (Yes, our mom is our hero; we’re so grateful to her for having us here in this safe and comfy place.) When we were brand new, we mainly ate, slept, and bumped into each other. Then we started growing and learning how much fun it is to play. Now we’re individual puppies, each with our own looks and personality. If you visit us, please watch for me. I’m Diego, a male, black and white with a very cute spotted nose.
